1. Carrots. Did you know that our bodies have the ability to convert beta-carotene into vitamin A? And, of course, as everyone knows, carrots are a rich source of beta-carotene. It is also a good source of vitamin C. Vitamin A helps fight wrinkles and other signs of aging skin, while vitamin C is a potent antioxidant that eliminates free radicals on our skin, which helps prevent skin aging.
2. All types of berries. Berries such as blueberries, raspberries, cranberries and strawberries are an excellent source of antioxidants that help eliminate free radicals in the skin. These berries are also rich in vitamins C, E, fiber and riboflavin, which is good for the skin. It also helps to produce collagen in the skin that makes the skin smooth and healthy.
3. Oily fish. Fish such as salmon, sardines and tuna are rich in omega-3 fatty acids reduces skin dryness and other skin problems. It also helps maintain healthy cells in the building.
